Q. How do I book the Party Bus?
A. The Party Bus can be booked by completing our online availability check form or giving us a call. We will then provide you with a quote and make sure you have all the details. Your place is confirmed by paying a deposit with the balance due 28 days before the date of your event. Unfortunately we do not take any provisional bookings due to popularity of our tours.

Q. Do I have to book the whole bus?
A. Our tours run in most locations every weekend, so please always check with the office to see if we have the availability. You do not have to book the whole bus (70 guests) as the fun on The Party Bus is meeting up with other people. For some tours we do require a minimum number of people to actually start the tour, but we can add on smaller groups once we have the minimum number required, so always check with our sales team.

Q. Can we book the whole bus exclusively?
A. Yes of course. Enquire about our Exclusive Party Express Party Bus Tours (New for 2019) or our Party Bus Hire Private Transfers. Exclusive hire is subject to availability.

Q. Can we have a tailor made tour?
A. Yes we can tailor make a tour to your specific needs, subject to availability. The tours on this website are just the tip of the iceberg to some of the events and tours that we have organised in the past and these are the most popular tours.

Q. What deposit do I need to pay per person to confirm my booking?
A. We are currently taking bookings for 2020 – 2022, with an initial deposit of only 50 pounds that will guarantee your places, with the final payment due 28 days before your event. When booking a Private Party Bus Hire, the Deposit is £100.

Q. What is the difference between The Party Bus and other similar companies
A. We are the Original Party Bus company and have been operating for 25 years. Our Venues are specially picked and updated regularly, we use fantastic restaurants with plenty of choice and are proud to have a professional and courteous staff team. We are the company that our competitors would like to be.

Q. I have found a cheaper quote, will you match it?
A. We will always consider Price Matching our competitors. This service is not a guarantee and is always subject to availability, proof of quote and applicable to ‘like for like’ hire only.

Q. What four nightspots do you visit?
A. We use over 20 different nightspots in each city, so every night is totally different. The actual venues are set the Monday before the tour, so if you wish to know which clubs you are visiting once you have booked, then you can call up the Monday before and we will be able to tell you.

Q. What is the dress code?
A. We require all of our clients to dress smartly for all our tours, therefore we do not allow any trainers or sports shirts. If you are planning to wear bunny ears / cowboy hats / horns or anything of this nature please be aware that some venues object to these items and therefore you may be asked to leave them on the bus whilst visiting these venues. It’s a good idea to check in ahead of time with our bookings team.

Q. What age do you have to be?
A. We do take clients aged 18-21 but the majority of our clients are 21+. ID in the form of driving license or passport is essential by us to reduce the possibility of refusal of admission by venues. Copies are not acceptable.

Q. Can I add to my booking and what happens if someone drops out?
A. Yes you can always add to you booking, but please do not leave it until the last minute, as all our bookings are subject to availability. If a person drops out before your final balance is due, then we will amend your group size at no extra cost. If they drop out within 28 days of the tour then the full amount will still be payable.

Q. Do you cater for stag parties?
A. Yes we do. However in most cases we do restrict the number in an all male party to 20 and due to the popularity of our tours with stag parties it is always advisable to book well in advance.

Q. What is on the Party Bus?
A. The Party Bus is equipped with a commercial sound system and is decorated throughout with balloons and streamers (subject to variety by City). Please check the drinking restrictions applicable to your booking with our team when choosing to book.

Q. Do you organise any other events?
A. Apart from the tours on this web site we do many varied and different events throughout the year. You can also plan your own bespoke hire!

Q. What time do the tours start and finish?
A. Our tours that include a meal normally start around 6pm and tours without a meal begin at 7pm. Please check before booking as these times vary on the location. We arrive at the last venue at around 12.00am, the last venue is usually in the centre of town. Here you are free to stay as long as you want and make your own way home.
